Psychological Associate

William Crabtree

My name is Will and I am a Psychological Associate with experience providing psychotherapeutic and assessment services with a range of clinical populations. I have previous involvement working with a variety of psychological problems including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, impulse control, and specific learning disorders in outpatient mental health services. I work from a person-centered orientation and integrate multiple empirically supported practices to tailor my interventions to fit your individual needs. Some of these practices include process-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies (such as behavioral activation, exposure, arousal reduction, coping skills development, and evolving emotional regulation strategies) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (including building psychological flexibility through acceptance, engaging in committed actions, mindfulness exercises, and present-moment awareness.)
I strive to help clients work to develop functional patterns of behavior, growing towards a meaningful life worth living. My goal is to help those I serve do what matters to them in their world, each and every day.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from Murray State University. I graduated from Murray State University in 2021 with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology.
In my free time, I enjoy exercising, writing, spending time outside, exploring local businesses, watching sports, playing video games, and playing musical instruments.
