Jason grew up in Louisville and started working in the field of developmental and intellectual disabilities in 1998. He has worked as a direct support professional, case manager, behavior specialist, and psychologist. He founded Heartfelt Solutions in 2011 to provide additional options for families. In addition to his role as Executive Director, Jason continues to provide behavior consulting, mental health counseling, and psychological evaluations. He is a board certified behavior analyst and a member of the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, Kentucky Psychological Association and Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis.

Jason holds a Doctorate of Psychology from Spalding University, Masters of Clinical Psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of North Texas, Certificate in Integrated Primary Care from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Jason enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing, UofL football, hockey (Nashville Predators and Cincinnati Cyclones), theology and military history.
